Fan Tables are available for fan groups, conventions, clubs, etc. to showcase themselves.

These tables are free, but they are limited in number and must be reserved in advance.

Fan tables will be located in 2 areas, the main exhibition room and the second floor hallway in front of the panel and event rooms.

If you want a fan table, let us know asap... as these will run out quickly.

Reserving a Fan Table:

Please include the name of your organization, contact information, a rough idea of what you plan to be promoting  (if it isn't obvious), and any other needs/requests. Please let us know if you have a large banner or other display; we'll try to accommodate you within the limits of our available space.

Rules and Guidelines For Tables:

1. Fan tables are FREE, however you must have a 3 day weekend registration ticket in order to reserve a fan table.

2. Fan-tables must be continuously staffed during regular convention hours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. (Fri: 2:00pm-9:00pm, Sat: 11:00am-8:00pm, Sunday: 11:00am-6:00pm). If you're table is unmanned for any portion of those 3 days, you will lose it. Tables on the second floor may be manned until the show ends (2:00am on Friday and Saturday), but it's not required.

3. In deference to our dealers and exhibitors, who pay for the privilege, no general merchandise sales are permitted at fan tables or band tables. You can sell logo merchandise from your organization and other items made exclusively for and by your club, band or organization. If we find that you are selling anything other than club merchandise, you will lose your table.

4. Electical power is not free. The convention center charges $60 for electricity. If you need electric, you can pay for it on the vendors page of the website. Just pay under the electricity for artists table part.

5. Internet will be available for a small fee. You can get it at the show from the convention center.

6. Table placement will be at the sole discretion of the convention. We'll work with you as much as possible, but we can make no promises. The best advice: try to arrive early! Tables are generally given out on a first come, first served basis.
