Florida Supercon continues to grow each year and is one of the largest shows of its kind in the southeast United States, with over 15,000 unique individuals in attendance for our 2012 event, and even more attendees expected in 2013!

We are setting things up a little different at FSC 2013 to accomodate the rapid growth we have experienced. Florida Supercon is once again a 4 Day Event (for the third year in a row) and will take place Thursday July 4 - July 7, 2013.

 

Exhibitor and Vendor booths in the level one Exhibition Room are 10' X 10' pipe and draped areas. Each booth comes with exhibitor badges, one eight foot table, two chairs, a small company sign, and a small garbage can. Corner booths are provided with two eight foot tables. Additional tables and chairs are available from the convention center at an additional cost, and you are always free to bring your own extra tables and chairs.

Each booth comes with exhibitor badges, one eight foot long table, two chairs and a small garbage can. Persons setting up in these spaces may not sell any item not created by themselves. T-Shirt companies do not count qualify for this space.

 

Independent Publisher, Premium Artist/Writer/Filmmaker and Craftperson booths in the level two Exhibition Room are 8' X 10' pipe and draped areas. Each booth comes with exhibitor badges, one eight foot long table, two chairs and a small garbage can. Persons setting up in these spaces may not sell any item not created by themselves. The Artist Alley is located on the 2nd floor, and is the area of the show designed for established and upcoming artists, writers and filmmakers. Artist spaces are approx. 8 foot wide by 6 foot deep and come with with (1) eight foot long table, 2 chairs and 2 Badges. These tables are placed directly next to each other in a row. Only one space may be purchased per artist. These spaces are reserved for aspiring artists and writers who are selling/promoting their own personal work and may not be used to sell other merchandise not created by the artist / writer. Independent Publishers and Craftspersons belong in the Indie Publisher / Craftsperson section.

 

Florida Supercon Gaming 2013, we will be holding its first annual Indie Developer Festival. Our intent with the IDF is to showcase up-and-coming games as well as what the industry has to offer. Indie Dev booths are available in the Video Game Ballroom and are 10' X 10' pipe and draped areas. Each booth comes with exhibitor badges, one eight foot table, two chairs, a small company sign, and a small garbage can. Corner booths are provided with two eight foot tables. Additional tables and chairs are available from the convention center at an additional cost, and you are always free to bring your own extra tables and chairs. Corner booths are available and come with an additional eight foot table.

10x10 STANDARD PIPE & DRAPE BOOTH: 
$575 before 3/22/2013 and $650 after 3/22/2013

Every booth space for Exhibitors and Vendors is a 10' X 10' pipe and draped area. Each booth comes with exhibitor badges (3 badges for 1 booth, 5 badges for 2 booths, 6 badges for 3 booths, 7 badges for 4 booths, etc...), one eight foot table, two chairs, a small company sign, and a small garbage can. Additional tables are available from the convention center at an additional cost on set up day. You are always free to bring your own extra tables and chairs. Electricity is available from the convention center and may be ordered directly at http://www.macc.com/electrical-service-order-advanced once you have your booth number. Additional vendor badges are $60. Badges are non-transferable and exhibitors are required to wear a wristband as well. There is a 50% deposit required to hold space, with 100% balance due by 3/22/13. Any booth reservations not paid in full by 3/22/13 will be cancelled and reservation lost. In the event of booth cancellation, exhibitor will need to re-apply for space based on availability at the full price of $650 per booth. All booth reservations made after 3/22/13 require payment in full. No deposits will be accepted after 3/22/13. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. Each booth comes with exhibitor badges (3 badges for 1 booth, 5 badges for 2 booths, 6 badges for 3 booths, 7 badges for 4 booths, etc...), one eight foot table, two chairs, a small company sign, and a small garbage can. Additional tables are available from the convention center at an additional cost on set up day. You are always free to bring your own extra tables and chairs. Electricity is available from the convention center and may be ordered directly at http://www.macc.com/electrical-service-order-advanced once you have your booth number. Additional vendor badges are $60. Badges are non-transferable and exhibitors are required to wear a wristband as well. There is a 50% deposit required to hold space, with 100% balance due by 3/22/13. Any booth reservations not paid in full by 3/22/13 will be cancelled and reservation lost. In the event of booth cancellation, exhibitor will need to re-apply for space based on availability at the full price of $675 per booth. All booth reservations made after 3/22/13 require payment in full. No deposits will be accepted after 3/22/13. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. All booth reservations require a signed exhibitor agreement. You may send via email or fax. DO NOT send in the agreement until you have paid (or made a deposit) for your booth space. We require the signed agreement so that we may properly promote your business to our attendees and to verify that you understand all show policies. A signed agreement must be received within 10 days of payment, otherwise payment may be refunded and reservation lost
