Florida Supercon will once again expand our video game track. This years show will include more video game industry guests, a bigger gaming area, more tournaments and more industry panels. The first thing we can report is that the video game area will be moved into the ballrooms in the Doubletree Hotel. This will give us a much larger area for gaming, as well as a more comfortable setting. Stay tuned for more exciting news!

Avery Alix Florida Supercon
When not trying to boost his Xbox Gamerscore, Avery Alix is a Sr. Product Manager at Z2 Games with experience from Xbox, Microsoft Game Studios, and PopCap Games. How he ended up working in the games industry after completing an academic master’s degree is still a mystery, but he loves to blend critical navel gazing with game design and analytics to help make tough calls about what features and games to work on next. Also, he likes to party on, Wayne.

Tony Bedard Florida Supercon
Tony Bedard is well known in the comic book world, especially for his recent runs as the writer of the NEW 52 relaunches of Green Lantern: New Guardians and Blue Beetle. In addition to his work in comics, Tony is currently working with Volition Games as a writer on numerous projects, including the upcoming Saints Row 4.

Ed Lima is a thirteen-year veteran of the video game industry, having garnered countless awards and nominations for his work in music, sound design, and dialogue and voice production. Ed has directed audio development for developers like Gearbox Software, id Software, and Human Head Studios. He currently resides in Los Angeles, where he is audio lead on Respawn Entertainment's unannounced debut title. Combining a passion for video games with a career in modeling and acting, Yvonna built the Charisma+2 agency for talent who share that enthusiasm for gaming. She has organized, participated, and organized gaming events at E3, GDC, PAX, and other large and small scale gaming events for 6 years. Danielle Mackey is a gamer, game reviewer, vlogger and reality TV personality, known for her "Trade Chat" YouTube videos, which she produces under the name "Panser", and for her appearances on the reality TV shows The Tester and King of the Nerds. Her YouTube channel has attracted 190,000 subscribers. She also hosts the WoW Insider Weekly Recap for Joystiq and was a finalist in Maxim's "Gamer Girl" competition.

Eric is a Game Designer who has worked for both Verant Interactive and Sony Online Entertainment in San Diego, California. While at SOE, Eric worked on the development of several EverQuest games, which were released between 2002 and 2004. He went on to work in many roles, including Public Relations, Information Technology, Development, Quality Assurance, Level Design, Storyboarding, Game Master and EverQuest Expert.
