With our new safety precautions in place, attendance and badges will be limited.  This allows us to ensure social distancing and provide a premium experience for attendees with limited crowds and more meaningful interactions between fans, exhibitors, artists, and guests. In addition to safety precautions, approved face coverings will be required for all individuals attending our event.

In addition to the new overall safety precautions, rooms will be cleared between each session for cleaning and sanitization for chairs, podiums, microphones, and other equipment.

Yes! You are encouraged to apply for programming at any of the above conventions you’re interested in. This year’s application has been streamlined to submit one program for multiple conventions. Applications will be evaluated on a per-show basis and approval for one does not guarantee approval for all.

Also, yes! Our goal remains the same: bring together our fan communities to celebrate the best pop culture has to offer. Alongside all our physical events, we'll be running a virtual event companion through FindtheMetaverse.com. So, whether you join us in person, there will still be programming opportunities available. When filling out your application, select the option for “I would only like to present my program virtually.” That program may also be streamed to fans at the live event.

Certain rooms on-site will be equipped with cameras and/or livestreaming capabilities allowing your panel to be viewed by millions of fans unable to make it to the physical show. Our content team will let you know about room capabilities and livestreaming closer to the show.

We totally understand you or your panel’s situation may change between now and the Fall/Winter. Our content team is planning to periodically check in with all applicants throughout the rest of the year in case your plans change.
