WHAT TO DO AND WHEN TO DO IT

The responsibility lies with the exhibitor.

Note the DEADLINE DATES - completing these early can save you up to 30%.

EXPO CCI is the Official General Contractor of the Florida Supercon 2024 and will maintain an Exhibitor Service Center during set up, show days and dismantling. All other Official Show Contractors will also be set up in this area as well. All inquiries regarding booth services and orders should be made at the Exhibitor Service Center including booth furnishings, labor, freight, utilities, and special show services.

NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS REGARDING NON-OFFICIAL CONTRACTORS

The companies listed below have been appointed as the only Official Contractors providing the stated services for this event. Show Management carefully considers the selection of Official Contractors based on quality of service, variety of products, price, and reputation. Since these contractors frequently work on more than one show with us, they value the business of our customers and provide quality products and services.

Some companies may misrepresent themselves as being an official contractor so please be sure to check the list in the exhibitor manual or give us a call.

Things to watch for if you are considering the services of a non-official contractor are hidden charges for material handling, labor, and shipping that you might not pay otherwise (for example on carpet rental), control over delivery time, availability during move in and leverage if something goes wrong. Also be advised that non-official contractors will need to abide by the Exhibitor Appointed Contractor procedures, provide insurance certificates, etc. in order to gain access to the Show Floor.

From time to time, exhibitors may be contacted by third parties purporting to sell data on the attendees of Florida Supercon. These offers are FRADULENT and are in no way connected with Florida Supercon or RX Global. RX Global does NOT sell any attendee data and any such emails should be treated as spam. If you are ever in doubt about the authenticity of a potentially fraudulent offer related to Florida Supercon, please contact your FSC Sales Representative.

This is a comprehensive list of Official Suppliers of Florida Supercon 2024. If you do not see a supplier's name in this list when you receive correspondence then you are not ordering from an Official Supplier. Please consult the list below or contact the Operations team if you are in any doubt.

It has come to our attention that our customers are increasingly being targeted by companies claiming to supply exhibitor/visitor/participant lists and details relating to our events and products at a cost.  Be vigilant – this data is likely fraudulent.  If you receive any such unsolicited offers, please do not respond unless you have checked with us first.

EXPO CCI is the Official Domestic Carrier of Florida Supercon. Please refer to EXPO CCI Shipping Services for further information and assistance regarding Air Freight, Padded Van Lines, and Common Carrier. EXPO CCI will maintain a full staff on-site at the Exhibitor Service Center.

Phoenix International Business Logistics is the official provider of international shipping, customs brokerage, freight forwarding and related services for the show. All merchandise imported into the United States requires Custom House Clearance prior to release from any USA port or airport. It is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to adhere to customs and international guidelines.

The Exhibitor must insure that all documents are valid and complete, and procedures are followed correctly. Show Management will not be held liable for freight held up due to customs issues, duty payments or any other problems related to inbound and outbound international shipments.
