Florida Supercon is back in Miami Beach July 18-20, 2025 and the party is bigger than ever! With three days jam-packed with your favorite fandoms and celebrity guests, this is a must-attend event to discover the best of pop culture. • Ticket fees, shipping, and taxes are not included and will be calculated at check out.
  
• Florida Supercon tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-resellable.
• Do not lose your ticket when it arrives in the mail! You will be charged full price if a replacement ticket is needed.
• There is a buying limit of 10 tickets per badge type and 15 tickets per order.
  
• The ticket mailing deadline is May 11 at 11:59 PM ET. If you purchase your tickets and merch before this date, you’ll receive them in the mail via USPS and can avoid additional pick-up lines at the show! International orders will be able to pick their tickets up on site at Will Call. If you order 5 or more tickets, Priority Shipping will be automatically added to your order to ensure delivery.
• All domestic and international merchandise purchased in your order before the ticket mailing deadline will ship with your tickets!  Merchandise purchased after the ticket mailing deadline will need to be picked up onsite. Instructions for onsite pick up will be sent out via email prior to the show.
• After May 11, we will not be able to make edits to your mailing address. Please note that tickets will not begin to mail until June 2025.
• If you purchased your tickets after the ticket mailing deadline, please bring your confirmation email/receipt with your QR code to the Will Call counters at Registration to pick up your ticket at the event.

Tickets and/or badges (“badges”) for the event (“Event”) are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be reproduced, resold or upgraded. The unauthorized resale or attempted resale of the badge is prohibited and will constitute a forfeiture of the badge without compensation. Each badge must be used by the same person (the “Attendee”) for each day of the Event. The Event’s operating hours, schedules, guests and speakers are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Each badge is a revocable license to attend the Event. All panels, autographing, photo ops, special events, show features and performances are subject to availability and access is not guaranteed and/or may require an additional fee. ReedPop is not responsible for lost or stolen badges. The Attendee acknowledges there are hazards and risks of physical injury or illness to Attendees of the Event and that not all such hazards or risks can be fully eliminated. By accepting this badge and attending the Event, the Attendee freely and voluntarily agrees to assume the full risk of bodily injury or property damage, regardless of severity, or death that Attendee may sustain as a result of attending the Event, whether or not caused by the negligence or gross negligence of ReedPop.
