Florida Supercon is excited to team with PerlerTricks to bring hands-on cosplay workshops to Cosplay Central. Whether you are a seasoned maker or new to costuming, check out the instructor-led, make-and-take workshops below. Workshops are free to attendees but are limited to 20 students. Be sure to register early to secure your spot!

Decoden Workshops with Fancy Ferni Maker Studio

Calling all creatives and admirers of the kawaii aesthetic! Get ready to get crafty and make some magic at Florida Supercon because the Fancy Ferni Maker Studio is teaming up with us to bring you their delightful Decoden Workshops! These workshops are free to fans but spaces are limited, we suggest you sign-up in advance! 

How do I participate in free workshops? 

Are there sign-ups?
Except for the Fancy Ferni Maker Studio and PerlerTricks workshops, all workshops are first-come, first-served. These are free for fans and the price of the workshop is included in your ticket.

When should I arrive?
If you have signed up for a workshop, and received a confirmation email, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled workshop. Please bring your ticket on your mobile device (or printed)

If the panel has no sign-up, it is recommended to show up 30 minutes prior. We will start queuing for the next workshop 30 minutes prior.

Capacity
Depending on the workshop, workshops typically will reach a capacity of around 20-70 people. Some workshops require more 1-1 learning or have more involved materials. Inquire with the instructor about where you can learn more if capacity fills.

Dive into the world of dark humor and quirky comics with your own Cyanide & Happiness style comics.  Sketch along with random prompts as they create on-the-fly comedic illustrations and comics.  

Draw “The Secret Cities of Mark Kistler!” with Mark Kistler!

Morikami Museum & Japanese Gardens

Improve your cooking skills, acquire skill in potion making, and learn to craft a compelling backstory for your character all in The Tavern Workshops!
